The Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025 Celebration of Faculty Excellence event will feature faculty posters, visual arts and publication displays.

Volstorff Ballroom Lounge
Please submit your poster, publication or visual display information. Provide author/s name/s and display title. Pre-registration is required. Spaces cannot be reserved after 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, 2025.
*All items for display including posters should be placed by 2 p.m. on Feb. 18. They can be brought in as soon as noon on that day. Displayed items must be picked up removed from the Volstorff Ballroom Lounge that evening. (If unable to do this, please find someone to take care of it for you.)
Faculty Poster Displays
Display panels are available to show posters presenting various types of research and other creative activities (e.g., science, humanities, graphic arts, design, etc.) by faculty at SDSU. Posters are limited to a display area that is 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall. The display panels have a cloth backing that takes pins/Velcro; presenters should bring their pins or Velcro. If your poster display does not fit these dimensions, please bring your own panel to be able to put your poster up. One poster per faculty will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until completing the number of spots available. You can have a second poster in a waiting list that will be displayed if any additional free spots become available.
Faculty Publications
Faculty members are invited to display their recent publications (books, textbooks, book chapters, distinguished or awarded papers, essays, poems, music and other scholarly items.)
Visual/Creative Arts Displays
Faculty members wishing to display paintings, prints, costumes, sculptures drawings or other creative displays must supply their own easels/pedestals.
