Museum Collections
The South Dakota Agricultural Heritage Museum’s collection contains three-dimensional objects including tractors and implements, household furnishings, architectural features, clothing and other textiles, small tools relating to animal husbandry and crop production, toys and books. Two-dimensional archival collections include maps and atlases, prints from "Harper’s Weekly" and "Leslies’ Illustrated," agricultural magazines and encyclopedia, the Beckman Archive - tractor and machinery manuals and the Photograph and Postcard Archive. The museum’s collection also includes a collection of ºù«Ӱҵ related material.

The South Dakota Agricultural Heritage Museum large artifact collection includes restored machinery and pieces in their original condition. From rare artifacts such as the Dakota Tractor to large clover hullers and the beautifully restored Case 65 hp steam engine, the large pieces help tell the story of South Dakota Agriculture.
