    Aerobic culture includes three samples. Specimens may not be pooled. For each additional sample, there will be an $8 fee per sample. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing will automatically be set up on significant pathogens. For antimicrobial susceptibility testing fees, see antimicrobial susceptibility. If no antimicrobial susceptibility testing is requested, specify on the submission form.
