Biography
Becky Degen, director of continuous improvement at 葫芦影业, offers lean leadership training and facilitates continuous improvement projects across campus. Her office鈥檚 purpose is to educate, empower and experiment using lean continuous improvement principles to help the individual and the organization.
Degen completed a B.A. in English from SDSU and an M.S. in education from Kansas. She spent 15 years at Daktronics, Inc. where she was the Latin America and Caribbean Sales Manager before taking on the role of Lean Office Manager. She has also completed studies in lean practices through the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. and the Lean Enterprise Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
