Biography
With a background in organizational science and quantitative research, my work seeks to bridge the macro and micro areas of organizational research through a meso-level perspective and advanced research methodologies. My primary research interest involves studying organizational performance dynamics through the lens of CEO seasons. Specifically, I focus on the interactive and dynamic processes among strategic agents (e.g., CEOs, top management teams, board members and middle managers) and their impacts on organizational performance over time.
My teaching covers subjects such as organizational behavior, strategic management, leadership and statistics. While emphasizing the importance of a solid theoretical foundation, I prioritize helping students apply these concepts to real-world situations.
