The Higher Education Faculty Association was the predecessor to the Council of Higher Education which is the collective bargaining unit for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, grievance procedures and other conditions of employment. This collection is composed of correspondence, lobbying information, minutes, newsletters, a synopsis of activities, and miscellaneous items generated by the ºù«Ӱҵ branch of this association.
