Biography
Shanna O'Connor is department head and associate professor of pharmacy practice. With clinical experience in community-based and ambulatory care practice, O'Connor's focus is in establishment of sustainable pharmacist-delivered services, medical billing and regulatory advancement. She teaches in the didactic and skills curricula and has a passion for incorporating active learning strategies into the classroom, backwards design and the scholarship of teaching and learning.
