Psychology (B.A./B.S.) - Teaching Specialization
Why do people do the things they do?
Psychology is the scientific study of "why," or specifically, the examination of behavior and mental processes and their application to human welfare. It is a tremendously broad field spanning subject matter from the biological to social sciences. The teaching specialization prepares students to qualify for certification to teach psychology in one of thousands of schools nationwide. Students pursuing this specialization should contact the College of Education and Human Sciences before their junior year.
