Maria has been with the Child and Family Resource Network since September of 2020 filling the new position as the QRIS Coach. Maria has experience working with childcare centers as a resource teacher, lead teacher in the k-prep classroom, as well as mentoring new employees at the center before joining the CFRN as the QRIS Coach. Maria is determined to assist the many different childcare providers and OST programs to achieve the quality piece they may be missing and help assess, improve and communicate the level of quality in early care and education. Maria is the QRIS Coach out of Region 4 and will cover the east side of South Dakota.
