The School of Education, Counseling, and Human Development integrates developmental sciences and the science of learning across its programs to enhance teacher education and human development. This approach emphasizes the importance of understanding how learning develops across the lifespan in learners, including variations in cognition, culture, socioeconomic status, and lifestyle.
